合同能源管理模式 Energy Performance Contracting (EPC)

我公司按国际通用的合同能源管理模式进行业务运作,合同能源管理是一种新型的市场化节能机制,其实质是以减少的能源费用来支付节能项目全部成本的节能业务方式。
SANCHUAN operates according to international energy performance contracting mode. EPC is a new market-oriented energy-saving mechanism. Its essence is to use the stream of income from the cost savings to repay the costs of the energy saving project.


EPC 模式带给能耗企业的效益 Benefits From Epc Mode

零投资:企业不仅可以免费获得设备升级的机会,而且合同期满后,将无偿获得全部技改设备,加速完成企业的节能指标。
零风险:节能改造施工过程中,在保持原有的工况条件下,只更换设备,不改变原有管网和安装基础,改造作业只局限在设备房内进行,对备用设备进行改造,改造完成后切换为运行设备,对正常生产、运营不产生任何影响。
高收益:节电效率高,节电率一般可达 18%——38%,大大降低了生产成本。
提升竞争力:客户实施节能改造后,减少了用能成本支出,提高了产品竞争力,改善了环境品质,建立了绿色企业形象,增强市场竞争优势。
Zero investment: Company can not only get the opportunity to upgrade equipments, but after the contract expires, will be free to get all the technological equipments, accelerating the completion of energy-saving targets of enterprise.
Zero risk: During energy-saving construction process, maintaining the original working conditions, SANCHUAN only replaces equipments without changing the original pipe network and the installation base. And the transformation operations are confined to the equipment room, transforming the spare equipments. After finishing transformation, reformed equipments are switched to run. There is no effect on the normal production and operation.
High Benefits: high energy efficiency, energy-saving rate is generally up to 18% - 38%, greatly reducing the cost of production. 基本模式 Basic Mode

1. 节能效益分享型 Shared Savings

节能改造工程前期投入由我公司支付,合同期内按照一定的比例与客户分享由节能改造带来的降耗收益。合同期满,节能设备及长期收益全部归客户所有。
SANCHUAN is in charge of upfront investment of energy efficiency transformation. According to a certain percentage stipulated by the contract, SANCHUAN shares customers with benefits from the energy-saving. When contract expires, customer owns energy-saving equipment and long-term energy-saving gains.

2. 节能效益支付型 Project Procurement

客户委托节能服务公司进行节能改造工程,先支付一定比例的预付款,余额用节能效益支付。
Client entrusts SANCHUAN to conduct energy saving projects and pays a certain percentage advance payment. The balance of payments will be paid by energy efficiency benefits.

3. 能源费用长期托管型 Chauffage

在保证客户能源成本降低的前提下,客户能源费用全部交由节能服务公司管理。节能设备长期的运行管理维护、更新改造再投入均由节能服务公司承担。
On the premise of ensuring customer energy costs to reduce, SANCHUAN manages customer energy costs. Long-term maintenance、update and reinvestment of energy-saving equipment are all assumed by SANCHUAN.

4. 节能量保证型 Guaranteed Savings

江西三川节能股份有限公司拥有一流的节能技术、维护专业团队,可根据业主需要对节能改造项目实行买断模式,即根据年节电量,双方约定按一定金额一次性支付节电收益的业务模式。
SANCHUAN has a professional team with first-class energy-saving technology. Buyout mode is available for energy efficiency transformation projects as per owner’s need. Namely, based on annual saved electricity, two parties agree to do one-off payment for energy saving benefits.


节电收益计算 Quantifying Energy Saving Benefits

通过智能化手段实现现场勘查,完成数据采集,根据以下方法计算节能技改节电量:
1.节电率 =(W 原泵 -W 节能泵 )/ W 原泵 ×100%
2.总年节电 =(W 原泵 -W 节能泵 ) × 年运行时间 ( 小时 ) × 设备数量
3.年节电效益 = 总年节电 × 电价

W 节能泵—改造后运行功率
Intelligent method is used for site survey and data acquisition. According to the following means, reduced electricity cost can be calculated:
1.Energy saving rate=(Woriginal pump–Wenergy efficiency pump)/ Woriginal pump×100%
2.Total annual saving =(Woriginal pump–Wenergy efficiency pump)×annual operation time (hour) ×equipment quantity
3.Annual saving benefits= total annual saving×electricity price
W original pump—operating power before transformation
W energy efficiency pump—operating power after transformation

节能效益分享方式 Sharing Mode

在全年运行 345 天的基础上,节能改造后产生的效益按 0.65 元 /kw·h、分享六年为标准,按月支付,分享比例如下(具体按双方签署的《节能技术改造合同》执行):
On the basis of a year with 345 days, saving benefits are calculated at 0.65yuan/kw·h, 6-year sharing, monthly payment, sharing proportion is as follow (subject to signed Energy Efficiency Transformation Contract)


注:年运行时间和电价发生变化时,分享比例与年限也作相应变化
Attention:If annual operating time and electrovalence had change,the proportion of share and working seniority will also be different.

理论收益计算:
水泵电功率可根据公式 W=UIcosΦ 3 计算,也可以直接用仪表测量得出。案例中,改造前老泵运行电耗为每小时 423kw.h( 实测 ), 更换三川节能泵以后耗电量为每小时 336kw.h,该系统全年按 8000 小时 计 算, 每 年 节 电 量:(423-336)X8000=696000kw.h, 电 费 按 0.6 元 / 度, 则 全 年 节 约 电 费 支 出:696000X0.6=417600 元
Theoretical calculation income:
The electric power of water pump can be calculated according to the formula w = uicos Φ 3, or it can be directly measured by instrument. In the case, before the transformation, the power consumption of the old pump was 423kw. H per hour (measured), and after the replacement of Sanchuan energy-saving pump, the power consumption was 336kw. H per hour. The annual power consumption of the system is 8000 hours, and the annual power saving: (423-336) x8000 = 696000kw. H, and the power consumption is 0.6 yuan / kWh, so the annual power saving expenditure is 696000x0.6 = 417600 yuan.
